Last seating 30 minutes to close and last call for food and drink 15 minutes to close.

Reservations are highly encouraged, particularly on weekends.

Our reservations are for a 2-hour window, although we will endeavour to accommodate additional time if there are no follow-on reservations impacted. 

If you are unable to make it, please cancel your reservation as soon as you know you are not coming. 

For large parties over 8, we will charge an automatic gratuity of 20%.  Further, for large parties we will soon be requiring a $25 per person deposit that will be required to be paid within a 24-hour window to confirm the reservation.  Cancellation, or reducing the party size within 24 hours of the reservation time will result in forfeiture of all or part of the deposit.

Our maximum group size is 20 guests. For larger gatherings, we invite you to inquire about our private event packages.

Cannon Estate Winery gift cards are not redeemable at Calibre by Cannon.

Wine club member discounts do not apply to table dining at Calibre by Cannon.
